FLOW WEEK IN 2026
Flow Week is 7 days of freediving in Dalmatia around the island of Drvenik Veli. It is a very peaceful island with a warm Mediterranean climate, inhabited by about 170 permanent residents, full of the sounds of cicadas, Mediterranean vegetation such as olive trees, pine pines, almond or carob trees. We have a lot of space here for walks, for mountain bikes, many beautiful viewpoints or bays and beaches with clean and clear water.
Flow Week 2026 on Drvenik is a place for a regular freediving training with a buoy setup from our motorboat Tsambika.
We dive in the morning, and the rest of the day can be spent with family, loved ones, friends or alone, looking for your own space and enjoying the charms of the island.
We start freediving on Sunday and finish on Saturday. During these 7 days, we connect depth trainings on a bouy setup with one recovery day with snorkeling during which we go around the island by motorboat (our RIB) with rest in a selected bay.
Who is Flow Week for:
1/ certified freedivers looking to go deeper with coaching adapted to level and goals,
2/ certified recreational and competitive freedivers,
3/ for anyone with freediving certification who wants to freedive with safety and progression.
You can go to Flow Week with a family with children, a non-diver or a snorkeler, the island of Drvenik Veli has a lot to offer them during this time.
The Flow Week plan is as follows:
1/ Sunday (day 1) depth freediving on a buoy setup;
2/ Monday (day 2) depth freediving on a buoy setup;
3/ Tuesday (day 3) depth freediving on a bouy setup;
4/ on Wednesday (day 4) we take a recovery break and go on a boat trip around the island of Drvenik Veli with a stop, sunbathing and snorkeling at a selected location - this is the day when non-diving companions (e.g. children with a partner) can go with us by motorboat;
5/ Thursday (day 5) depth freediving on a buoy setup;
6/ Friday (day 6) depth freediving on a buoy setup;
7/ Saturday (day 7) depth freediving on a buoy setup and the end of Flow Week.
* It is reserved that in the event of weather turbulence, i.e. strong wind and larger waves, the above plan may be subject to some changes or modifications. In general, the weather on Drvenik is usually stable during the time planned for our Flow Week, however, it may happen that due to strong wind, for example, going out by boat on a given day will not be possible and in such a situation we have several alternative bays on the island accessible from the shore and sheltered from different wind directions, to which we can then go by car.
